I have been working as a licensed football intermediary since 2003. Football has been my main passion and profession long before that. I gained significant experience in the 1990s at SK Slavia Praha, where I served as secretary and sporting manager during the club's UEFA Cup semifinal run and league title in 1996.

While building my own intermediary agency, I drew on extensive professional experience from ISM (Pavel Paska), notably during major transfers such as those of Tomáš Rosický and Milan Baroš. Our portfolio is composed mainly of young talented players with the potential for a professional career — many of whom have already made it to top-tier leagues.
