Scouting Eleven was created through the connection of two strong agency personalities with many years of experience in both the Czech and international football markets. Kamil Řehák and Libor Páv each built their own successful agencies and now combine their know-how under the Scouting Eleven brand.
Kamil Řehák is a licensed football agent with over twenty years of experience. He laid the foundations of his professional career in the 1990s at SK Slavia Prague, where he worked as a sports manager and was part of the club's historic UEFA Cup semi-final run and domestic league title. Since 2003, he has been fully dedicated to player representation and is regarded as a respected figure in the industry. His experience with ISM Pavel Paska during the era of major international transfers enabled him to build a strong network of contacts across European football. He has long focused on the development of young players and their systematic guidance toward a professional career.
Libor Páv has been active on the Polish football market since 2007, where he has gradually built a strong position and an in-depth understanding of the local environment. Based on this experience, the international agency Scouting Eleven was founded in 2018, built on professionalism, transparency and a responsible approach toward players and partners. Libor brings international reach, strong connections and a practical focus on the European football market to the agency.
The merger of these two independent paths has created a strong international platform with solid foundations in both the Czech Republic and Poland, combining experience, a personal approach and a long-term vision.
An important part of the agency's further development is its expansion into women's football. This area is led by Marie Havlíčková, who brings authentic experience from her professional sports career, deep knowledge of the women's sports environment and an individual approach to players.
